IATSE-PAC Raises Over $11,000 at Mid-Winter Meeting

AUSTIN, Jan. 26 – The IATSE Political Action Committee raised over $11,000 at an event held at the Sheraton Austin Hotel tonight during the IA’s Mid-Winter General Executive Board Meeting. The reception was attended by officers and representatives of the Alliance as well as local union reps and officers from all regions of the US and Canada. The Board meeting is being hosted by Locals 205, 484, 600, 700, and 800.

International President Matthew D. Loeb said, “We are facing enormous challenges in the year ahead, and it is vital that union members stay informed and active in the political landscape. It is critical for us to support candidates who are willing to vote for legislation that helps working families. The IA PAC is a way for individuals to engage in that process.”
