Contributions
The IATSE-PAC is authorized to receive money and in-kind contributions
in the amounts and forms, and from those contributions, as are
permitted by federal law.
All contributions to the IATSE-PAC shall be voluntary. Members
of IATSE local unions may be solicited through the IATSE and
its local unions.
Contributions may be made to the IATSE-PAC in the maximum
amount permitted by the Federal Election Campaign Act.
The IATSE and its chartered locals may act as the collecting
agent of the IATSE- PAC.
The IATSE-PAC may accept voluntary unsolicited contributions
from individuals and entities not within the IATSE's restricted
class.
