Structure

1. The IATSE-PAC shall be governed by an Executive Committee, comprised of the following officers, members and employees of the IATSE, as follows: The International President of the IATSE, The General Secretary-Treasurer of the IATSE, and three members of the IATSE to be appointed by the International President of the IATSE. President Short advised the Board that he was appointing Brothers Robert Ingersoll (Business Agent of Local 2, Chicago, Illinois), George DeTitta (President of Local 52, New York, New York), and Thom Davis (Business Representative of Local 80, Hollywood, California) to serve as his three appointees to the Committee.
   
   
2. The officers of the IATSE-PAC shall be as follows:
   1. Chairperson: the International President of the IATSE
   2. Treasurer: the General Secretary-Treasurer of the IATSE
   3. Assistant Treasurer: Approved by the Chairperson.
      
      
3. Terms of office: The Chair & Treasurer of the IATSE-PAC shall each serve on the Executive Committee by virtue of, and during the term of, their office. The three other members of the IATSE-PAC Executive Committee shall serve at the pleasure of the Chairperson.
   
   
4. Vacancies in the office of Chairperson and Treasurer of the Executive Committee of the IATSE shall be filled in the same manner as the positions were originally filled.
