Treasurer's Duties
The IATSE Treasurer shall perform the following duties:
File complete, timely and accurate reports and statements
with the Federal Election Commission and other federal agencies
as necessary.
Sign all such reports and statements.
Deposit all monies received by the IATSE-PAC in the IATSE-PAC
designated bank and account as required by the Federal Election
Campaign Act, which shall be separate from any account of the
IATSE.
Authorize expenditures other than contributions, or appoint
an agent to authorize such expenditures, of the IATSE-PAC'S
funds in accordance with directives of the IATSE-PAC Executive
Committee.
Monitor contributions to the IATSE-PAC to ensure compliance
with the Federal Election Campaign Act's limitations and prohibitions.
Keep the records of the IATSE-PAC, including records of receipts
and disbursements, and minutes of IATSE-PAC Executive Committee
meetings.
Any funds of the IATSE may be drawn upon only by the authorized
signature of any two of the members of the IATSE-PAC Executive Committee.
