Duties of the Chairperson
The Chairperson shall preside over all meetings of the IATSE-PAC
Executive Committee.
Between meetings of the Executive Committee, the Chairperson
of the IATSE shall manage the affairs of the IATSE-PAC, consistent
with the directives of the IATSE-PAC Executive Committee.
