Kendall is the daughter of Joseph Capshaw of Local 728 (Motion Picture Studio Electrical Lighting Technicians, Hollywood, CA).

Kendall is a friendly, responsible, mature leader as well as a budding young scientist.  Her resume of activities and honors confirms the accolades of teachers and mentors who are simply stunned by her mind.  As the President of a N.O.W. chapter, she leads weekly discussions to raise awareness of women’s issues.  Kendall sings in her High School’s nationally top-ranking choir and plays Varsity Tennis.  Outside of school, she visits (and sings for) patients at a local convalescent home.  She plans to attend Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Fall, majoring in Engineering.
